| I have just been informed that car drivers using "stop-and-shop " bays to park will have to ring when they arrive. They may then get the first 30 minutes free but they will have to ring first. I am waiting for this council to provide me with a mobile phone that I can easily use for this purpose for free, train me and pay me then each time I use it. I feel I live in a police state. When are they going to tag me? More importantly what will happen to business profits, many just holding on now? |
