For pavements though a root cause is often heavy vehicles such as cars and vans being driven on pavements and parked on them, if you don't stop that you can fix pavements but it won't be long before they get smashed up again. Bollards can stop this, and proper enforcement. Another root cause is tree roots of a course, A simple fix for that is to move the tree into a jut out into the road. Some trees are planted onto the pavemnt in such a way tath it only leaves a three foot gap, which i sclearly not enough. |
