One thing that is abundantly clear in all planning that happens in London is how the most able bodied (ie cyclists) are catered for way before anyone else. Prime example is the public realm outside Ealing Broadway station, where the cycle storage is right outside the entrance. There’s no drop off point nearby suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Strange priorities. What Dominik ignores with his passive-aggressive posts is that the sheer cost of setting up these neighbourhoods is prohibitively expensive. No black hole in his finances. |
