| Have you read the London Plan - which has now been signed off by Robert Jenrick after a lot of toing and froing? If you listen to a planning committee meeting (and the one I last listened to was not an Ealing one) a building (a family home) was turned down because the planners did not think that it made good enough use of the land ie not enough people could be housed on the land. I was told a long time ago that the water in the reservoirs didn't match up with what we saw falling. We don't see how much is being drawn off rivers. We don't have plentiful rainfall every year.
