Read my post again!  Perhaps there is not enough of a delivery charge for courier delivery services. The way that the drivers are employed (or aren't) needs to be investigated as it causes them to drive around like bats out of hell driving over pavements eating their lunch on the go etc.  Also I believe that because they are self-employed they are put under stress to work when they are ill in order to keep working for their "employer".
