| Re. 'No CPZ permit expiry reminders' = 'Maximum PCN issues' = 'Maximum tax grab'. That goes without saying. What I find curious is the delay in the launch of the 'new CPZ charging system', which was threatened, er, I mean 'promised' to occur in the autumn. We're nearly into November now, I can only presume there has been a balls-up in its implementation. |
