| This problem and others means that all CPZs borough-wide should be re-consulted. This shouldn't be the regular council consultation but one organised and approved by a third party like the Electoral Reform Society. That would give time for residents to change their vehicles to be able to make use of the council installed charging points and get rid of their ancient machines, time to agree sensible business parking rates, time to agree paper vouchers for all who want them and time to discuss how best to use empty spaces in our roads and agree sensible prices. |
