| The trouble with putting one on the footway for the restaurants is that residents then start dumping their waste in it too. How long before you get a sofa or mattress added to it? Timed collections should work in most places. Separate food collections make a lot of difference. Establishments should be looked at to see how and where they can put waste because there has been a habit of not using any on-site space by some new restaurants when the previous ones had a wheelie bin/s on site. Space for bins need to be kept as space for bins. |
