| Every morning I drive down this road & several Indian, Chinese restaurants leave refuse sacks out on the footway. These are desecrated by foxes whatever & the contents strewn across the pavements & road. The council do collect & sweep up everything, but surely this is classified as flytipping & couldnt there be a wheely bin provided to prevent this?? |
