| Its not just restaurants, we have flats at the top of our street and the residents leave black bags out on a Sunday. Come Monday morning these have been shredded by foxes with food waste, nappies etc strewn all over the road. The council contractor comes and picks up the black bags but of course they don't touch the litter. It's not until the street cleaners come several days later that its picked up. |
