| The council have regularly been told to do something about this. It ain’t rocker science. This is commercial waste that should be collected by the contractor. The council should go and check the buisinesses have waste contracts ,as required by law, and then check what time they are putting out the waste and what time is the pick up. If there are “problems” then the buisiness and waste contractor need tone told to get their act together or be fined until they do. |
