I think if they opened a bakery or at least an outlet in Ealing Broadway somewhere it would do very well. I wish they would! We now realise our mistakes of the 80's, 90's, 00's turning to big supermarkets, and we've been punished enough!!! Small, local, artisan businesses like Parkers are the only way to get great produce and I think you can see small businesses like this deservedly doing well over the past few years. Produce is very classical, british, maybe could do with some new modern types of bread like walnut bread etc, but I'd rather have a good loaf from here than something fancy from anywhere else. |
