There's no chance of a permanent professional theatre being built in Ealing. The costs will be astronomical by 2030 and there's no suitable site that isn't already earmarked for residential development. The Canary Wharf site cost £26m for Troubadour.

As for enforcing contract terms to maintain the park, there's not a great record of that with other things the council has agreed to. Hire bikes just one example
