| There seems to be excessive monies around for imposed, undemanded, unconsulted and unneccessary cycle biased schemes. The virgin cycle hoops at Northfield Station (where there is still no lift) is a good example. Virgin hoops because they have never been used. I read "Animal Farm" as a teenager but this feels the same a gradual movement away from the people and democratic principles. |
