| Paul, Eric has done infinitely more for West Ealing than you could manage in a thousand lifetimes. Unfortunately the council prefers to listen to idiots like you instead of sensible and long standing residents. It’s exactly why West Ealing is such a shithole that community forums are filled with residents trying to get the council and/or the police to do something about the crime, antisocial behaviour and the other myriad issues in the area. Shoving a cycle lane in isn’t an improvement, although it might help you and your chums get out of there a bit faster. It’s rather telling that the council officer overseeing the regeneration lives in Lewisham. No real understanding of the area and its needs. A pattern all too often repeated. |
