More interesting is the the person who handed me my copy of 'Neighbours' Paper' admitted that the article on 'Stop and Djop'was 'not quite correct.' Had he proof read it beforehand, he said, he would have amended it to make it clear that one could get a permit from a shop.

How do you explain that Eric? The nice man also said that he would like to proof read all future copies before they go to press. What is the likelihood of that happening?
