In my road we have coz. No one wanted it, however it was forced upon us.
There’s no need for it, & the only people who get tickets are neighbours.
Done tradesmen visit & they struggled & couldn’t get a permit. Dealing with the council, town hall was a palaver.
As I said part of the war against motorists
