| In the 'A Love Affair with Cyclists' article, Eric writes about paper vouchers not being available. This is incorrect. One neighbour of mine shared the email below with my neighbourhood WA Group:- ------ "In regards to obtaining Resident Visitor Vouchers, I can confirm Resident Visitor Paper Vouchers are generally for businesses. However, eligible persons, such as the elderly or vulnerable, can submit their request along with any supporting documents to parkingservices@ealing.gov.uk. Once the information is reviewed, and the approval given, the vouchers will be sent by post. A customer can track their vouchers via their Ealing "My Account." 20 MPH speed limits 20mph speed limits save lives. It's daft to argue against this. As a result of lower speed limits, in the first 18 months of 20mph speed limits, in London, Edinburgh and Cornwall the number of people killed was reduced by 26%; serious injuries went down by 14%; slight injuries were reduced by 28%; overall total fatalities and injuries fell by 25%. These figures are obtained from the organisation "20 is Plenty". |
