| It’s exactly right they clamp down on any bike on the pavement, wheel them. Also those with no lights at night, cycling wrong way down 1 way streets. Dumping bikes in I designated areas, or being an inch outside those areas. Of course if they had identifying plates, people could report them, or a camera could send a PCN in the post |
