It’s understandable that he can’t wear a helmet while cycling because he would have to remove his dunces hat to get it on. Funny how anyone who disagrees with him is a troll. Only a dunce wouldn’t understand that refuting another person’s argument with factual reasoning is how this forum operates. Simply repeating the same made up nonsense (as he does) isn’t debate. For the record, Paul needs to understand that his 20mph argument and the situation in Lammas Patk are entirely unrelated. Creating a hazard in the park was entirely avoidable. Nobody has an issue with speed limits that are appropriate to the roads on which they are imposed but blanket 20mph limits are counter-productive. Slowing down traffic on major arterial routes encourages the more reckless drivers (a minority) to speed when they get the opportunity. Now, the question is, does Paul have a head full of Osmium? We should be told. |
