| New Document Added To Planning Application: Screening Opinion document stating that there is “no requirement for an EIA” (Environmental Impact Assessment) to be done before this work can continue. 🤔 I think a few of us would dispute that https://pam.ealing.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do? They are scrabbling to add the required documents because the application is under investigation by the ombudsman. It can’t be approved until they’ve supplied all the missing documentation. Ideally the decision should be made by a committee. This is what residents should request when objecting. If you haven’t written this, you can add another comment to request this |
