| EDIT TO ORIGINAL TEXT: To clarify to the group, this is why we have launched a second official council petition. The facts: I started the Change.org petition, it currently has over 900 signatures, EVERY SIGNATORY has provided a POSTCODE. While the majority are local people, because Change.org is a national charity platform some of these postcodes are outside of the borough. It was decided for belt and braces to launch a second petition that would be solely people inside the borough and was an official council petition. I have been notified by Ealing Democratic services that I will have the opportunity to present my case, on behalf of the collective 800+ local people who have signed at April's Council Meeting. |
