| No it's probably used by the full 4.5% of road users will make their journeys by bicycle. You are doing nothing save to underline the inequitable amount of money being spent to serve a very small, but selfish and vocal, group of road users. The money could be far better spent on serving the 27% of road users who make their journeys on foot by improving pavements |
