| What is the end goal here? That roads should be used constantly? That they are perpetually full of moving traffic? I don’t think anyone believes that would be either sustainable or desirable. Surely the end goal must be to have *less* traffic that takes up the most space, pollutes the air, and damages the roads (and pavements). In all the back-and-forth on this forum, no-one has actually taken a minute to think about this. What is each person’s end goal? I’m interested to know. No rush. |
