Were Asahi running the Rose and Crown I would not hesitate to take this to them, however, on reflection, those of you who are real ale cognescenti with long memeories will recall "Mad" Jonathan Lee who used to attack customers who dared to complain (or even the ones that were nice to him but he considered had looked at him the wrong way) and chase them down St Mary's Road from his Fullers pub the Red Lion. He did that for fifteen years and Fullers NEVER lifted a finger. The experiences of an individual customer would fall on deaf ears as others have found to their costm anbd the whole company attitude has perpetuated a mess that has had to sell of the brewery and its beers to Asahi to stay afloat |
