| I tripped very badly on a paving slab whilst out running about two months back. Wasn't going to bother about it but thought "Damn it!", I was V sore, bloody etc, so I Claimed. You may not be aware but I was subsequently informed the paving slab must be a minimum of 25cm "proud". I had taken pics and could have easily proved the slab was 30cm+ but the interesting thing is that within the week the paving slab was gone and tarmac slapped in its place. I haven'y bothered pursuing any further. Ealing Council can move very quickly when they're motivated to! ;-) |
