miracle 21.30 . three trucks just pull up. two thames water trucks park around corner. Cappagh utilities truck next to hole two men from cappagh pumping out hole under floodlight two thames water guys supervising the capagh guys. still no one directing traffic water turned off see what happens. why not do this yesteday in morning when the leak start? |
