| Absolutely agree. Went there this afternoon - first to Boots which at lunchtime had two tills manned and a huge long queue - so went to Superdrug instead. Then on to M&S - staff are lovely but there's never anything in my size these days. Insult to injury added when I went to pay for parking - only one machine working downstairs, so I walked up to the 5th floor... that machine not working either, so had to trek back down and queue! It has so gone downhill since Barkers/Beales went! |
