| "did you know London had four as well as a commissioner and deputy? no, neither did I." No, isn't the rank actually 'Assistant Commissioner'? There are four of those plus the Commissioner and his Deputy. Doesn't seem unreasonable given that the Met is rather different in size, structure and scope to all other forces in the Country. |
