This subject has arisen numerous times locally to us and is just the tip of the iceberg. There are bungalows everywhere and many have people living in them. Some are advertised openly for rent. It really needs somebody to decide what is wanted in back gardens and what can be safely built as outbuildings (with full fire brigade access if people are living and cooking in the 'bungalows'. It seems daft to me to thread ourselves through old out dated planning rules and much better to accept that people will want to make money out of their land, so adjust to rules which everyone is clear about. This bungalow is what we all would have called a shed - even in estate agents jargon! http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-to-rent/property-28781216.html |
