It is amazing how no one in either ruling party in recent years has had the regard for Ealing Broadway users. Isn't it a bit of a problem for Ealing Council to go on about the private clampers when they make plenty of dosh from unsuspecting users. The whole issue smells of hypocracy tied to inactivity. Given how busy the place is something has to be done and soon. they hide behind future plans on crossrail without actually doing their job. when you look at disabled access, it is non existent. laughable also is ealing council adding disabled bays at hanwell station when the station has no access. all tick box government and tick box local government. targets are set, the council achieves them and so are a success. the proof of the pudding is in living with all this nonnsense. so perhaps we need parties to commit to action and not hide behind obstacles later on. |
