| As Phil Taylor has already explained, you can legally pick up and drop off on the double yellow lines in the station forecourt. In other words, stop for long enough for passengers to board or alight from your vehicle and to load/unload their luggage. But the discussion here seems to be about short-term parking, which is rather different. Are you suggesting that Haven Green should have some grass removed to allow more parking? |
