After 2 weeks finally received a reply from Tesco customer service.. Dear David Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in replying to your email. We aim to answer within 24-48 hours and I am really sorry that I did not do this. Also, I am very sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations with regards to our Hoover building Perivale store not erecting a Christmas Tree this year and I can fully appreciate your disappointment. We find all customer feedback incredibly valuable as this helps us when we are looking at ways to make our service better. I would like to assure you that I have fully logged the points you have made. These will be directed to our Business Support Team.
