| "They don't give a toss." Yes. No one takes any responsibility and there are no penalties for wasting the time of the wrongly accused. This "started now I'll finish" fallacy is not embedded in English law. Directly there is strong evidence of innocence then proceedings normally cease. If I was collecting £20,000 to supervise this I'd get these things sorted before they attracted more than three entries on this forum. Wherever you are Phil please note. |
