| Was it the group of 1 hour parking bays outside the block of shops on the Grove that includes the Cafe, Jewellery shop, hairdressers and laundrette? I only ask as I don't remember ever seeing a Zone A Residents Parking sign on them. Also checking Google Street-view, it doesn't show one being there. So unless you have a photo of the sign in place, you maybe on dodgy ground if it does go to court |
