| It depends on the councillor, but I have had replies from some and not from others. With most wards having three, the odds of reply are pretty good. As with most email correspondence, the more people you cc, the less chance someone will reply, as often each person assumes the other will pick it up. Once you identify the right person who can help you, things can get moving swiftly. In my experience I have had more good communication than bad. |
