| I delivered a letter to the council today. The front bit is shut due to refurbishment works, the side is the staff entrance. The friendly guard said I could go through the barrier blocking off the path to the front, and the letter box is round the front. Yes it's very narrow but I guess they don't want people posting other stuff through it, like parcels which could be a security threat. They should have made provision I guess whilst the front bit is shut. >I remember when you could enter Percival House and speak to staff! I hear councillors/officers get horrible threats these days, and some recent stuff targeting people at the council was quite concerening, I'm sure you've seen similar stuff on this very forum. No wonder they like to keep it secure there. |
