| Just be interested to hear from other residents if you have tried to deliver a letter by hand for LBE? I went to the side door with letter in hand and was barred! We do not accept letters i was told!!! So a lady lae me out to the street,moved the barrier to the path!! and led me up the path to a very narrow letter box on the wall, saying as she walked ,Ealing do not make life easy!!! I remember when you could enter Percival House and speak to staff!! Why make it so difficult? Nothing to tell you the way to deliver a letter and building roped off and barred. |
