| I have not discovered how this scheme is supposed to work. The Council have not told me and the Ombudsman it appears has skated round it. Is it to store water during heavy rain and release it during dry periods? How can this be possible when after very heavy rain the water level refuses to rise? I know that you can't fill a bath without putting a plug in the waste. The outlet of these ponds like my bath is at the bottom with apparently no sluices, dams or other damming/release /storage gear. Looks like dismal design and an Ombudsman who has missed the central point. I must be wrong again. Can anyone help? |
