| Don’t forget that this is a council that’s gone very quiet over Heathrow expansion, which will at a stroke negate all the pissy efforts made to cut carbon emissions in the borough. Why is the council quiet on this when other London Labour types have voiced opposition? The answer lies with council leader Peter Mason.
