| Look…… IF these are about saving kids lives etc then close off the roads. You cannot exempt people as that defeats the objective What if I’m one of these couldn’t give a **** drivers or in a stolen car? A camera and a PCN ain’t saving little Johnny then. Barrier off the streets so we can SEE you’re doing an LTN under a bollox premise. Better still, ban cars full stop. |
