| Got to be my final one on this.... It's been constantly raining all day - not heavey, but constant. Noticed on Monday (3 days ago) when doing my regular Monday morning walk through Lammas a lot of standing water around the place. (This is what some drama queens refer to as "localised flooding I believe!!!! :-) ) This evening these areas of standing water are now significant and all around the newly dug swamp holes the ground is massively boggy preventling people walking around easily. Meanwhile the swamp pits remain largely empty. It was said months and months ago those fools at LBE Council didn;t have a clue what they were doing and were actually causing problems...... and so it comes to pass. What a circus. Not sure if the crooks at Liebore are cancelling our local elections as part of their current panic. If not then use your vote wisely and choose someone who didn't steal a local amenity, waste cash and actually has a clue how to get the important things done. Roger and out on this thread and the subject (I hope) |
