| It was a consortium of all London Councils, the Environment Agency, Thames Water, TfL and the River Thames Flood Officers who commissioned this work in Lammas Park, Dean Gardens, West Ealing and Belvue Park in Northolt. It is a contractor who is doing the work in Lammas Park. Who pays and supervises the contractor is an interesting point. |
