| Thing is here, this just means such contamination is visble further upstream, before it gets to the river and estuaries/beaches I guess (or our streets when it rains hard enough to make the gullies overflow). It needs sorting out at source really and that's a complex mess of water company, council and landlords/home owners. Still, easy to just blame the council I guess. |
