| One of my councillors told me that it is illegal to charge my hybrid outside my house even though I have a robust yellow and black tunnel covering the cable. There's a two bay charging point at the bottom of my road but I don't intend to pay the stupid rates they charge or to get the app or join their club. Another task hijacked by the council/companies who will both benefit financially. |
