| A little more digging reveals that the inmate was a serial motoring offender and was in one of nine vehicles "racing along the A4". Speed limits mean little to such people, what a damned shame that the Mayor, so quick to condemn speeders, has denuded the Roads Policing Unit element of M08 command to the point where it cannot provide proactive policing. |
