Many adults with long term illnesses and disability are falling behind in paying for the care costs and have been chased by Councils for debts.

The idea of forcing people back into work seems to have backfired since so many of them are in fact actually ill.  Not surprising when it can be such a fight to get or even find about the care that you need.
