| Mr. Pawlyk, if the present Ealing Council administration had the interests of the people of Ealing and wider borough at heart, they would have done what you pointed out. It does seem like willful negligence on the part of this present council. The present Ealing Council seem more intent on endearing themselves to developers, like some disingenuous quisling collaborator. An example of this is their attempt to dispose of Victoria Hall, a community space in the Town Hall, paid by the people in the past, by subscription, to a developer for a hotel development. The council want to let a commercial hotel take over a public amenity space. Afterwards, they want to redevelop the Perceval House site, for their own vanity and glory, it seems, like dictators did in the past. Examples of this vanity exist within the former Soviet Empire of Hitler's one time ally in the Kremlin that ruled over central Europe after the 2nd World War till its fall and collapse in the late 1980s/early 1990s. That in itself tells you what disingenuous self serving virtuous signalers they are, who are not realy intersted in serving the people who elected them. This includes informing the people of proposed developments, including by letter. |
