| As we know, Yellow Public Notices are sometimes quickly removed by persons unknown, I wonder who? 😄 Also, note the requirement to display on "lamp posts". We have a very slippery Council and "lamp posts" means exactly that, and that alone. If an intended development doesn't have a lamp post anywhere near directly outside it's boundary, but many other types of post/signage, a Yellow Public Notice will NOT be attached to these!
