For pity's sake, I have not accused anyone of lying! It does not take 25 minutes to wheel a stretcher 50 feet. The assessment time would have been identical whichever side of the barrier the ambulance arrived. If the ambulance was despatched from WAC on Boston Road, they will have been familiar with local roads and the onboard navigation would have directed them if not. The issue is they did not have a key to drop the bollard, nothing more, nothing less. |
